Iași Byzantine Music Festival is considered to be the greatest event dedicated to the Byzantine music in Romania. By bringing together in Iași the most renowned performers, the Festival will transform the city of Iași in ”the capital of the Byzantine chant” for four days.
The event of a high cultural value will prepare remarkable concerts and religious moments with offices and vigils celebrated in the most similar way to those celebrated in Byzantium, the ancient heart of Orthodoxy.
